Marsicans (“MAR-sick-anz”) has just released a breezy new track, ‘Sunday’ via Killing Moon Records.

The Sydney duo dekleyn shares new single ‘See Right Through Me’.
Writing infectious heartbreakers, their songs have meaningful influences throughout. Speaking about the new one – a lesson about love and forgiveness – they explain,
“The song is about giving so much to a person and becoming so close with them that they know everything about you, even more than you know about yourself. As the relationship begins to break down, it begins to become obvious that the two could never be without each other, “I don’t plan on leaving this feeling at all, this is all I have.”

Connecting at a music school in the Netherlands, the now duo Small Talk is making music to the standard of industry veterans, as it’s clear the understand what it takes to put together a hit, and have achieved that with ‘Alarm’.
Running the length between upbeat indie-pop and melancholic EDM, the pair masterfully play with different shades and moods. Expect much more from the youthful duo in 2020.

A very cold Saturday evening it may have been, but the queue for Brighton’s Dome was brimming with bright, smiling faces ready for an evening’s entertainment with the newfound household name Sam Fender.
A name in the mouth of a lot of people over the past two years, there’s no doubt you’ve heard a least a track of his or two, and therefore no need cover his songwriting, which is clearly resonating with fans the world over.
That does lead to my main observation from the evening, aside from the powerhouse performance from the man himself and his stellar band, which is the fanbase that was absolutely rammed into the venue. As Sam let his winding storytelling spin a story of adolescent love, life and everything in between through his inimitable Northern charm, it became clear that there was everyone from demographics across the board in attendance, young teens to older folk all there for the sheer delight.
With such a stratospheric and short rise to the top of the pile, don’t expect Sam to be slowing down anytime soon.

Irish alt-rock quartet The Academic leaves a glorious ‘Aftertaste’ with their new single.
Comprised of Craig Fitzgerald, Dean Gavin, and brothers Matthew and Stephen Murtagh, the tight-knit group focus on blistering indie-pop songs underpinned by a hidden layer of emotional manoeuvring.
Their guitar-pop track ‘Aftertaste’ was co-produced by the band alongside Dublin producer, Cormac Butler.
