Wolf Saga – Crutches

Wolf Saga - Crutches

We don’t know very much about Wolf Saga, bar the fact his new song ‘Crutches’ is about growing out of giving into peer pressure.

We really enjoy the upbeat melody found throughout the track, which works well with the positive harmonies and catchy synths.

VHS Collection – The Black

VHS Collection

NYC synth-rockers, VHS Collection, return with ‘The Black’.

Channelling some Chris Isaak vibes (possibly as a result of only using analogue gear during the track’s recording), the light electronic floor filler is paradoxically about the darkest and ugliest emotions you suffer during a breakup.

It’s taken off their ‘Stereo Hype’ EP.

Savoir Adore is a project led by songwriter/vocalist Paul Hammer.

‘Paradise Gold’ is the lead track from the upcoming album, ‘The Love That Remains’. It’s a ambitious track that tackles themes of love, loss and often-inescapable darkness, despite its danceable attributes and high-flying harmonies.

‘The Love That Remains’ is out on 12 August.

It’s a favourite of theirs to play at live shows, and it’s not surprising as this one apparently makes the crowd go nuts!

The band say ‘The Longest Drive’ is “about never wanting to grow up and about how people like to fake different levels of maturity.”
