RY X – Deliverance

RY X - Deliverance

RY X – Deliverance

An artist that needs no introduction. RY X.

RY returns with ‘Deliverance’; a thought-provoking and atmospheric track, that engulfs us with its distinctively ethereal vocal lines and undulating electronic-tones.

‘Deliverance’ is the second release from RY’s eagerly anticipated debut album, ‘Dawn’ released on 6 May via Infectious Music. A conscientious and unfeigned debut, RY discloses how the 12-track LP came to fruition via a candid process of self-discovery and trust – “I have followed my heart and it has been a beautiful process of building trust with myself, as an artist, and person.”

Alt-J – Every Other Freckle

Alt-J - Every Other Freckle

Alt-J – Every Other Freckle

Alt-J returns minus departed bassist Gwil Sainsbury.

Following the success of ‘An Awesome Wave’, the Leeds boys have had a lot to live up to with their sophomore album, ‘This is All Yours’.

We are pleased to say that they have not failed to deliver.

Current release from the album; ‘Every Other Freckle’, is a perfect transitional track to mark the next chapter in their career. The quirkiness we love about Alt-J continues with unpredictable lyrics such as “I want to turn you inside out and lick you like a crisp package” whilst the bluesy beats and sitar riffs remain consistent.

Olivier Groulx has directed a beautifully shot girl and boy version of the video and both are equally as suggestive.

‘This is All Yours’ is out on iTunes today via Infectious Music.
