Grand Pavilion are an Australian two piece comprised of Tom Hunt and Stuart McNair, who write minimalistic, yet pulsating indietronica.
They spent their summer travelling across Europe sample-seeking for their latest sound.
‘Roads Like Veins’ is the B-side to their recently released single, ‘Anywhere’, a song about an unforgettable summer fling.
Of ‘Roads Like Veins’, Grand Pavilion say;
“This track speaks to the intrinsic link which is formed between being born overseas, and the restless desire to travel and explore further. Fittingly we recorded parts of this song in Berlin, London and Byron Bay where we tracked live drums and recorded the three girls from Avaberee for the harmonies in the chorus and bridge.”
The ‘Foreign Escapes’ EP is out now via HUB Recordings on iTunes.
