Fenech-Soler are from Kings Cliffe, although you wouldn’t be blamed for thinking they formed further afield back in 2006. They consist of four members; Ross Duffy, Ben Duffy, Daniel Soler and Andrew Lindsay. The name comes from Daniel Soler’s full surname, which is Maltese.
After a number of teaser singles, ‘Magnetic’ was released on 24th May 2013 on Warner Music and is taken from their second album ‘Rituals’, which is out 2nd September 2013 and available for preorder here. ‘Magnetic’ immediately draws you into a dancing sunset scene full of euphoric, feelings. It is the ultimate indietronica festival anthem, and this is even more present in their video which features a reappearing man in a rabbit mask. Always the sign of a good night!
